Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping

• Cost: FREE on orders over $50 | $5.99 on orders under $50

• Delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing

• Available to all U.S. addresses

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided on the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we only ship within the United States, there are no international customs, duties, or taxes to consider.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us immediately at kraftr@archhadad.online

• Provide your order number and photos of any damage

• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

• We may send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at kraftr@archhadad.online. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
